2025 HOA Dues were due June 14th. Please contact the HOA to make payment if you haven't done so.
The HOA has gone paperless! Please use the "Resident Registration" link at the top of the page to share your email with the HOA. This change went into effect after 2025 dues letters were mailed in May 2025. Please let us know if you prefer to keep receiving mailed letters, however, the paperless route helps keep costs down and increases efficiency.
Board Nominations:
Send us an email or click the button below if you would like to help out with the HOA! The HOA is required to have at least 3 board members.
Reminders:
There is a new member buy-in fee of $100 for the Glendale Estates HOA.
Don't forget to email the HOA for approval prior to construction of any fences or outdoor structures.
